At Gravitee Atelier, quality is not rushed — and neither is delivery. Every piece is carefully prepared and quality-checked before it ships. Here is exactly what to expect.
Delivery Coverage
We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs
All orders ship free. No minimum purchase. No payment-method conditions. Free delivery, always.
All product prices displayed on gravitee.co are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
How Long Will My Order Take?
Every Gravitee Atelier piece is carefully prepared and quality-checked before it leaves us. Orders are delivered across India within 7–10 business days of order confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and national public holidays.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification with a link to follow your shipment in real time. You can also track any order at any time at gravitee.co/a/track.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets through our secure payment gateway.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders require prepayment at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. You can also check the status of any order at any time at gravitee.co/a/track — just enter your order number and email.
The full status of your orders is also available under My Orders in your account.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If anything looks off — an address typo, a wrong size — reply to your order confirmation email or write to care@gravitee.co with your order number, ideally within 6 hours of placing the order, before our order fulfilment starts.
We will do our best to catch it in time. Once our order fulfilment has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Delayed Orders
If your order has not been dispatched within 5 business days of placement, we will reach out to you with an update. You do not need to chase us — we contact you first.
If you have a concern about your order status at any point, write to care@gravitee.co with your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for the steps to take and the time window to report.
