ORDERING & SHIPPING

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Browse the collections at gravitee.co, find the hue that speaks to you, choose your size, and add to cart. All orders are placed online — we don't have a physical store at this time.

If you'd like help finding the right colour or size, write to us at care@gravitee.co before ordering. We're happy to help.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Orders are delivered across India within 7–10 business days of order confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and national public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification with a link to follow your shipment in real time. You can also check the status of any order at any time at gravitee.co/a/track.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment.

You can also check the status of any order at any time at gravitee.co/a/track — just enter your order number and email. The full status of your orders is also available under My Orders in your account.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Not at this time. We currently ship across India only.

DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?

No. All orders require prepayment at checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets through our secure payment gateway.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

If anything looks off — an address typo, a wrong size — reply to your order confirmation email or write to care@gravitee.co with your order number, ideally within 6 hours of placing the order, before our order fulfilment starts.

Once our order fulfilment has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

PRODUCTS & QUALITY

WHAT MATERIALS ARE YOUR T-SHIRTS MADE FROM?

Each Gravitee Atelier piece is crafted in 100% combed ring-spun cotton, in a range of premium weights chosen to suit each silhouette — heavier for structure and drape, lighter for breathable everyday wear.

Our Premium Supima Cotton range uses extra-long staple Supima cotton, softer to the touch and known for holding colour with greater depth and longevity.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY T-SHIRT TO KEEP IT LOOKING GREAT?

To keep your hue looking its best:

  • Machine wash cold (30°C or below)
  • Gentle cycle
  • Turn inside out before washing — this preserves colour vibrancy
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry on low heat, or lay flat to dry
  • If ironing, use medium heat — turn inside out


The colour is woven into the fabric. Washing inside out and in cold water is the single most important step to keep it deep and true.

Every hue at Gravitee Atelier is drawn from nature, weather, and the quiet moments of the day. Each one is photographed in natural light so what you see on the screen is close to what arrives in your hands.

WILL THE COLOUR FADE OVER TIME?

Our hues are made to hold deep and true. With proper care — cold wash, inside out, no bleach — your tee will keep its colour and depth across regular wear and washing for a long time.

The care steps above are the single most important thing you can do to make your Gravitee tee last.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We stand behind every piece we send out. Here is what we cover:

For an order that arrives damaged, defective, or as the wrong product, write to us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. You choose how we make it right — a refund, or a replacement of the same item.

For a size that doesn't fit, request a size exchange within 5 days of delivery — the same product in a different size. As the tee itself isn't faulty, size cases are exchange only, not refund.

Exchanges are always for the same product. We don't exchange across colours or silhouettes — each Gravitee tee is chosen for its colour and what that colour means, intentionally.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Returns for change of mind, fit preference, or colour expectations based on screen display are not accepted — every hue is photographed in natural light, so what you see is what we craft.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Every request is handled personally by our team — there is no portal, no form, and no queue. Just write to us at care@gravitee.co.

  • For a damaged, defective, or wrong-item order — include your order number, the reason, a clear photo of the issue, and whether you'd prefer a refund or a replacement.
  • For a size exchange — include your order number, the reason, and the size you'd like instead.

You will hear back from us within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. If your request is approved, we'll confirm the next steps in our reply and arrange a free reverse pickup at your delivery address — at no cost to you.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

We do. For all approved returns and exchanges, we arrange a free reverse pickup at your delivery address — no cost to you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation at every stage.

We don't run sales. We just make things worth wearing.

Every Gravitee Atelier piece is made in India. We hold every order to the same standard — fabric, colour, finish — and each one passes through a careful quality check before it leaves us.

We'd rather hold a piece back than send something that isn't right.
